Young Adult Ministry
"Lastly, it is to you, young men and women of the world, that the Council wishes to address its final message. For it is you who are to receive the torch from the hands of your elders. -Blessed Paul VI, Closing of Vatican II 1965
Want to grow more in your faith? Want to meet other young Catholics seeking the Lord? Do you need something to do on Sunday or Saturday night? If you answered yes to any of these questions join us for the Good Shepherd young adult group. We meet twice a month having both a social and faith formation event every month. After gathering at the table of the Lord, we will gather at the table of fellowship in the parish hall to build a community of young adults seeking to follow Christ together.
Denver Catholic Young Adults
There are many great opportunities to connect with other young adults throughout the Archdiocese of Denver. From Theology on Tap to a Catholic Sports League to Vigil Praise there is something for everyone. Click the link below to learn more about all the great things happening in Denver.
Pope Francis launched a Synod process in October 2016, seeking to provide a Catholic response to the reality of young people in connection to faith, the community of the Church, and each one’s vocational calling. That journey continued through to the Synod of Bishops in October 2018 and the subsequent release of Christus Vivit, Pope Francis' post-synodal apostolic exhortation, in April 2019. In Christus Vivit, Pope Francis writes “to young people and to the entire people of God,” and shares his insights on the accompaniment, engagement, and vocational mission of youth and young adults.
