Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion assist the ordinary ministers
(Bishops, Priests and Deacons) in the distribution of the Eucharist. This role
is a great honor as it ensures all people can receive the Source and Summit
of our faith..
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist the priests and deacons in the distribution of Holy Communion
With the aid of the ushers, be aware of any who are unable to proceed through the Communion line and bring them Communion

Time Commitment: Each week a sign up sheet is sent out to all liturgical ministers to sign up for the
upcoming weekend. You are able to sign up as often as you would like. You can sign up
for once a year or every week and everything in between. When signed up to serve
you will need to arrive early for Mass to ensure proper preparation.
Requirements
Must be a confirmed, practicing Catholic in good standing
Required training is done on a one-on-one basis
