Altar servers have the distinct privilege of assisting the priests and deacons
during the Mass and other liturgical celebrations by attending to the
supporting tasks at the altar. Altar servers also serve as models for the
congregation during celebrations.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform all assigned tasks that aid the priest's celebration of Mass
Act in a way that models proper Mass behavior
Say all congregational responses and prayers

Time Commitment: Each week a sign up sheet is sent out to all liturgical ministers to sign up for the
upcoming weekend. You are able to sign up as often as you would like. You can sign up
for once a year or every week and everything in between. When signed up to serve
you will need to arrive early for Mass to ensure proper preparation.
Requirements
Must be a confirmed, practicing Catholic in good standing
