All that we have is a blessing from God. From what we have received we are called to give so that we might learn generosity and so that the needs of the community might be met. From the earliest days of Christianity, recorded in the Acts of the Apostles, it is noted:“For there was no needy person among them, for those who owned property or houses would sell them, bring the proceeds of the sale, and put them at the feet of the apostles and they were distributed to each according to their need.”
Stewardship is our way of joining together in the common work of our parish community. There are several ways to financially support Good Shepherd Parish: Parish Offertory (Online Giving or the Envelope Program), Parish Maintenance Fund, Good Shepherd Catholic School Scholarship Fund, Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado, and The Saint Vincent De Paul Society.
